2. Decision and Communication :
   • HR decisions from the respective companies are final; no further communication regarding results will be entertained.
   • BSN Infotech Pvt. Ltd. does not provide any warranty or guarantee of selection.
3. Non-Responsibility for Entries :
   • BSN Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for entries that have been submitted but not received for any reason.
4. Termination and Cancellation :
   • The institution reserves the right to terminate the Placement Drive at any time without prior notice.
   • BSN Infotech Pvt. Ltd. holds no liability in the event of a company’s withdrawal from the Placement Drive. In such cases, affected candidates will be given an opportunity to participate in an alternative company, subject to availability.
5. Entry Agreement :
   • By entering the Placement Drive, candidate are deemed to have agreed to be bound by the specific terms and conditions outlined herein.
   • This agreement is irrevocable.
6. Monetary Transactions and Bribery :
   • Participation in this Placement Drive is entirely free; No costs, No fees, or No other charges are applicable to any candidate. After selection, candidate will not be required to pay any amount to anyone.
   • The organization’s mission is clear: we work for society, not for income. Candidate found engaging in any illegal activity will be held fully responsible.
   • BSN Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any type of illegal activity, such as Financial Matters, Fraudulent Job Offers, Misleading Claims, or Violations of Labor Laws.
   • Individual Responsibility: Any monetary transactions or attempts at bribery for job-seeking purposes are solely the responsibility of the individual participant.
   • No Institutional Responsibility: BSN Infotech Pvt. Ltd. disclaims any responsibility for financial transactions between candidate and any company claiming to facilitate job placement in exchange for money.
7. Ineligible Candidates :
   • The organizers of the Placement Drive do not assume responsibility for the eligibility of candidates. It is the individual's responsibility to verify and ensure their eligibility prior to participating in the event.
